Quality Pinnacle operate under ISO9001:2000 certification, but in addition to this we have developed an 'in-house' inspection policy that covers various aspects of quality throughout the business. From tolerances on the component to the standard of the packaging our goods are randomly inspected and rated, to help us maintain our own very high quality standards. We believe quality is not the sole responsibility of the inspection department but is built into each stage of the manufacture from the Directors to the Machine Operators.
Service Accurate lead-times are essential to us providing a quality service and to help us to do this we have invested heavily in software systems that can accurately predict when goods will be completed and ready to despatch . |

These systems not only allow us to quote accurate lead-times, they also allow us to monitor the progress of the product through the shop, telling us well in advance when goods will be delivered and, sometimes more importantly, when they will not. Over the last 12 months we have achieved a 96% on time delivery record with 3.2% being less than 5 days late and only 0.8% of total deliveries being 5 days late or more (none were over 10). Additionally those customers whose parts were going to be late WERE informed WELL IN ADVANCE and only the ones who said that they would not be affected were allowed to be late.
Single Source Supply We know that having the ability to take the job on and then give it back 'complete' is a vital part of our service, and as such provide a single source solution to our customers. To do this we have found tried and tested suppliers whom we know we can trust, even with the most critical of components.
